Nitasha Sarin (MSc, MBA) is a strategist and passionate expert in the areas of Leadership, Performance, Wellbeing & Social Impact. She has over 20 years of experience as a consultant/coach to established Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Organizations.
She is formally trained with a BA in Business Management focusing on Organizational Behavior & Cognitive Psychology; MSc in the Science of Pedagogy & Cultural Communications; MBA in Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Since childhood, Nitasha has been exposed to Eastern Wisdom Philosophies. She later dove deeper into these philosophies with a life-long study of Indian Vedic & Ayurvedic Science, and Meridian Elemental Energies.
With her multicultural experience and training, Nitasha transposes the combination of Eastern & Western knowledge for today’s urban leaders. She has worked with notable leaders such as the Leadership Team of Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft; Robin Sharma, a world-renowned Leadership Coach; and Vishen Lakhiani, Founder of Mindvalley.
She has also spent a full year advancing Eastern Wisdom Principles for Self-Leadership, Service Leadership, and Social Change alongside various notable Indian Monks and Sages such as the visionary mystic & social activist, Sadhguru, who founded Isha Foundation.
Nitasha has advised corporations, such as the Fairmont Resorts & Hotels, The Ritz- Carlton Hotel Group, Accenture, Deutsche Bank, RBC Royal Bank, PWC, McKinsey & Company, as well as various boutique firms and international universities.
